However, in most causes no cause can ever be identified.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Clinically, gynecomastia is observed primarily during puberty and after the age of 50, during periods of physiological hormonal variations.\u00a0During puberty, gynecomastia is generally bilateral and diffuse and regresses spontaneously within one or two years. Treatments are adapted for each patient.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If the breast is very glandular, an incision must be made under the gland to remove it. Concomitant liposuction can be performed at the same time.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If the breast is mainly fatty, liposuction alone may suffice.
